Please let us know if you are not totally pleased with your order so that we can work with you to remedy the situation. We will make certain that you are satisfied with your prints!
The following terms apply to all Clarfi's Tidbits, LLC Health Coaching retail products and are applicable to orders shipped through out the United States and within Canada.
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
If for any reason an item arrives damaged or with a printing error, it will be replaced right away, at no additional cost to you. If we make a mistake and need to replace your prints, there are NO restocking or return shipping costs. For returns or exchanges, you won't ever need to mail your order back to us.
Until we have verified that your return or exchange is complete, do not discard your items.
If you simply aren't satisfied with your products:
If you find that your order isn’t perfect for your space, doesn't fit comfortably, or doesn't aid in your journey to peace and better mental health we would love the opportunity to work with you on a resolution. We will offer an exchange or refund for your product within 30 days after you have received your order.
You will receive your exchange credit returned as a voucher that you can use right away to buy a replacement item. The total amount of the voucher will not include shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If there is a refund for any reason other than our fault, your original shipping charges will be reimbursed by us. The cost of shipping is not refundable.
Though we will never ask you to mail your sale items back to us for a return or exchange; please do not discard your sale items them before your return or exchange is complete.
Exception for Holiday Return Policy:
Items ordered between November 15th and December 25th are returnable or exchangeable through January 31st.
You can request to cancel your order at any time before your order has shipped by just leaving us a message on our contact page.
