Hello, my name is Loraine Collins. My family, however, calls me Clari. This name of endearment, was given to me by my dear old dad, the honorable Bishop Clarence George Collins, who went home to glory on Mother's Day 2012.

As you might have guessed, I'm my daddy's namesake; Clari is short for Clarence. you see, though my dad had seven daughters and two sons by the time I joined the Collins' basebasketball team, he was looking forward to having another boy with the intentions of naming me Clarence George Collins, Junior.  However, his dismay, I suppose, his last son was born with the wrong genital organs, lol. So, my family ultimately came together in a united  decision to legally name me Loraine, while calling me Clari at home. The name Clari has stuck, however, and has become my preferred means of address. Hence, Coach Clari.

Today, I'm the proud mom of a strong minded young adult female, the owner of Clari's Tidbits, LLC which provides Prenatal support as well as Postpartum Depression Consultation and Coaching, a poet with circulations on Apple Play, Spotify, reverbnation and soundcloud, and a motivational speaker. My poetry is designed to uplift the spirit, while as a Mental Health Coach,  I  utilize my experience of overcoming PPD and a mental breakdown in 2021, along with meditation techniques, creative writing, active listening skills, and physical exercise to impact lives and assist in the journey  of one finding, or restoring, the state of peace and mental clarity.
